swIMAGINE Wear brings the fluid resistance of water to everyday land workouts through an adjustable vest and tubing system - designed for everything from light walking to strength training. Made By Makers helped translate the early concept into a market-ready product by providing design input, technical drawings, visual instructions and marketing assets.

Our role
Made By Makers contributed to both the wearable's concept development and visual branding materials, including user guide illustrations and custom packaging graphics. For the vest and tubing system, we defined functional requirements, gathered material benchmarks, and developed sketch-level design concepts to establish a consistent, ergonomic product aesthetic. To support the launch, we built a scalable visual asset library that provides swIMAGINE with a flexible marketing toolkit across all touchpoints.
Process
We started by mapping out product requirements, curating material samples, and sketching early concepts for the vest and tubes. These ideas were turned into technical drawings, used to align with manufacturing partners. By focusing on user-friendliness and design-for-manufacturability for the initial launch, we ensured a smooth path to production while simultaneously developing visual branding materials and user instruction guides.
Result
The project resulted in a unified product and brand presentation that provided swIMAGINE with technical visuals and specifications to guide the first production run of swIMAGINE Wear. Alongside product development, Made By Makers delivered user instruction guides and a visual asset library to support consistent branding across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Founded by a team with expertise spanning elite swimming, health science, physiotherapy, nursing, and health-tech engineering, the company creates intuitive, low-impact exercise solutions - making the unique benefits of aquatic therapy accessible to everyone, whether they can swim or not.
